ABC's of Classroom Management

I particularly like the getting to know your students, know their dreams and goals. Don't just make work to keep students busy, don't take anything personally, and don't be fake because your students will sense it and loose trust in you. (I know its a lot of "don'ts", but they are rules after all.)
