Virtual Learning Environments have come a long way since their origination in 1992. As demonstrated in the video above, we have finally reached an era of learning that is capable of being fully supported by technology. There are also the cons to this instructional strategy as well, such as losing the ability to complete tasks manually. Doing surgery on a hologram is not the same as doing surgery on a real body.
