Do Less Better

It is more rewarding to be great at one thing that mediocre at 10 things. I am also one of those people who is guilty of taking on too much, and not only does it ware you out, it doesn't give you the time to reflect. Reflection is just as, if not more important than actually doing something.

I have witnessed teachers who get into a stale habit of going through their classes without the drive to improve it. This is because after they finish doing the 101 other things they have to do, there is no time at the end of the day to reflect on any of it. It is important to remember to slow down, be present and reflect more often to learn from experiences. Less is more, and I in particular need to continue to be lean in all aspects, which will increase productivity.
