Motivated Teachers Make all the Difference

My ideal teacher is someone who is very passionate about his or her subject. They also need the motivation to continue to try to engage students even after failed attempts. That is why I love School of Rock, even though the class is disengaged, Jack Black the teacher is able to get the whole class on board to create a rock band. Together they had a goal of winning the Battle of the Bands, and individually there were struggles along the way that were all over come. Obviously this is a Hollywood story, but if you the teacher are not motivated about your subject, how do you expect your students to be. School of Rock trailer.
