The Class Sandwich

It is important to remember to open and close a class, the meat is important too, but just like a sandwich, it is easier to eat the meat when you have two slices of bread to hold it with.

Students remember most what is said in the first 10 minutes of a class, or the first couple bites of a sandwhich, and the second most remembered part is the closing, so do it right!
